285280 - Can no longer save images using recent tab will not allow me to enter dirs

I attempt to save images using the recent tab when I attempt to enter a
folder/dir I recieve prompt "*.lnk aready exists. do you want to replace it?"
(??? this is a image file not a link), the same happens with all dirs & images
attempted to save.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click/save image as
2.click recent tab
3.attempt to enter any recent folder

Actual Results:  
"*.lnk aready exists. do you want to replace it?" comes up cannot save file.

Expected Results:  
Allow me to enter folder & save image file.

This is a recent (the last few days) development, I thought it might have been
due to the 1.0.1. upgrade, but I have the same install on my 2nd PC with the
same OS version & I have no problems on that PC.
