The junk mail icon garbles during hover only but only when the icon is greyed
out. It functions normally if the icon is coloured.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird
2. Without selection a message hover over the greyed out junk mail icon
3.

Actual Results:  
Icon breaks apart

Expected Results:  
Nothing should happen to the icon
Affects latest trunk build version 1.0+ (20050308)
