If I tell the spell checker to 'ignore' a word, it should remember and ignore
that word in the rest of the email. It doesn't. I have to click 'ignore' over
and over for the same word. This is a real pain for things like people names.
I don't want to put every proper name in an email into the dictionary.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Write an email with the same, misspelled word repeated over and over.
2. Spellcheck the email
3. When it finds the misspelled word the first time, click "ignore".

Actual Results:
The next, and every subsequent time it encounters the word it tells you
the word is misspelled and you have to click 'ignore' again and again.

Expected Results:
Should ignore the word wherever it occurs in the email.
"Ingore" is designed to ignore only the current instance of a word. If you want
all instances of the same misspelled word to be ingored, use "Ignore All."
