In build 20050308 the new preferences window has landed.
If you go to "display" and select the "Fonts" tab the drop downl lists for
changing the character encodings are empty.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use build version 1.0+ (20050308)
2. Open the preferences
3. Go to "Display" => "Fonts"
4. Select one of the drop down lists for the character encoding

Actual Results:  
The listboxes are empty

Expected Results:  
The listboxes should contain many different character sets for encoding the
incomming and outgoing messages.
