It is confusing when I save a query and the query that it saves is the search
for specific bug numbers.  It is remembers the list of bug numbers instead of
the query that produced them.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. do a query
2. visit a bug(show_bug)
3. click on Show List
4. save search with a name
Actual Results:  
It saves a search with just the bug numbers - a query that will always produce
the exact same bug list.

Expected Results:  
Either that it would have saved my last query or not allow me to save the query.
 It seems confusing that it would save query of the exact bug numbers of my last
search instead.

The reason is that variant (2) of bug 274397, comment 0 is implemented.
