The url doesn't seem to matter.  In Print Preview, after printing, if I use the
back button programmed on my MS trackball, I can go backward but I've lost the
toolbars, menus, and any ability to get to them from the keyboard, i.e. alt + F.
 The print preview toolbar, print, page setup, etc., is still there. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Print Preview
2. Print
3. Back button on trackball

Actual Results:  
Print Preview toolbar remains and all other menus are gone

Expected Results:  
Should have taken me back out of Print Preview and onto the webpage I was on
before I went to Print Preview.  It should work the same as if I use the back
button in Firefox.

The same thing happens if you tape F5 in the print preview. This was tested on
v1.01 v1.02 (Linux) and v1.04(Windows).

Doesn't reproduce for me if print step is not done.

This is still an issue on 1.07 for Windows.

WFM current trunk vista. iirc this was fixed quite a while ago
