I was instructing someone to change their setting for Forwarding: changing it
from Attachment to Inline so the could see the text in the forwarded message.

It is under General, but your instructions say it is in the same place for a Mac
as for a PC and that is incorrect.  Here is the beginning of the incorrect text
on the page at the link provided:

Windows, Mac: go to Tools > Options..., click on General and check

On the Mac, the "Options" window items are found instead under "Preferences"
(found under the Apple).  Thanks, Ted
