When choosing to export an addressbook with tools -> Export it immediatly gives
an error dialog box with the title "Export Failed" the message is: 
Not Enough Arguments [nsIAddressBook.exportAddressBook]

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mail/News
2.Open AddressBook, select personal addressbook
3.Choose Tools->Export

Actual Results:  
It immediatly gives an error dialog box with the title "Export Failed" the
message is: 
Not Enough Arguments [nsIAddressBook.exportAddressBook]

Expected Results:  
Export the LDIF
