Do you mean Firefox or Thunderbird ?
He means Thunderbird. Also this bug is already fixed. This was fixed some days after TB 1.0. Please try the latest aviary branch build (latest TB 1.0.x build) from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-aviary1.0.1/ to fix the problem or wait until the TB 1.0.1 release (coming soon).
