Simple problem.

Try to download a file (a "big" one, 5 Mb or more), open download manager. And look.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Get a nightly or build it yourself.
2.Go to a download page
3.Download something

Actual Results:  
No progression bar :(

Expected Results:  
Progression bar showing the amount of % already downloaded.

I use an homemade trunk build, based on CVS code, up-to-date at midnight
(mozilla.org time)

Seems to be a recent regression, it was worklng on a build my computer made
yesterday.

I will add a screenshot in a few minutes.
