At least as of Version 1.0 20041216 the Contacts Sidebar is missing some key
functionality we have in the Address Window of Mozilla Mail:

1. Button to add Bcc: addresses. (Have to use right-click drop-down menu.) I
recommend a header line "Add to" and just labeling the buttons as "To:", "Cc:",
and "Bcc:" to make them shorter so they fit.

2. Ease of viewing long names and addresses. (I can stretch the Compose window
because I have a 1920x1200 display, but a 1024x768 display is not wide enough to
show as much as having a separate Address window and Compose window one can move
around or overlap.)

3. Ability to remove addresses already on To:, Cc:, or Bcc: lines by first
selecting the ones to be removed, then removing them all with a single click.
(This is especially important in reducing the number of recipients to fit the
limits of an outgoing mail server, or in changing the recipients of a message
being resent to different recipients.)

Now there are some improvements made in the Contacts Sidebar over the Mozilla
Mail address window:

1. One can now delete addresses from the Address Book there.

2. One can right-click | Properties and edit the Address Book.

3. One can drag selected addresses from the Address Book window to one of the
recipient lines in the header. (But one must first set the line to To:, Cc: or
Bcc:, and may then need to change that.) It would be great to be able to right
click and have the option of "Drag to To: | Cc: | Bcc:" and then click on the
open Compose window (since one might have more than one open) to copy the
addresses to it.

I recommend adding an option to view the Contacts as a separate window and not
just as a sidebar/pane.
