When a bookmark or a separator in bookmarks sidebar is right-clicked when other
UI control has a focus then the pop-up menu commands perform no action.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make the bookmarks sidebar visible
2. move focus to some other component
3. right click any bookmark
4. select any menu item

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Operation on the right-clicked bookmark shoud be performed.
