When you right click on a bookmark in the bookmark menu nothing appears except
an "empty" context menu.  This is caused by removing the "bookmark toolbar
items" from the "bookmarks toolbar."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to view > toolbars > make sure "bookmarks toolbar" is checked
2. Go to view > toolbars > customize
3. Drag the "bookmark toolbar items" from the bookmarks toolbar onto the
customize dialog box (this removes the item from the bookmarks toolbar and
places it in the customize dalog box).
4. click done
5. restart firefox
6. click bookarks
7. right click on a bookmark
(should see empty context menu)
Actual Results:  
empty context menu

Expected Results:  
full context menu with list items

this problem was found here but explained wrong in the original posting:

in that bug report he replies in the third post from the bottom my exact
findings.  some said they were confirming bug but made no more replies.  4
months later some said it was a duplicate.  only the original posted description
is a duplicate.
