When you click on Tools menu and Select Downloads the D.M. doesnt come up anywhere!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on tools menu
2.Select Downloads
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Shown the Download Manager Window.

I did install the Download Manager Tweak...There was problems downloading it for
a while...

If you are experiencing this problem after installing "Download Manager Tweak"
then I think the bug is not with Firefox but rather with that extension.  I
suggest that you file a bug against it instead: http://dmextension.mozdev.org/
