Mozila worked perfect until 3/4/2005. Now when I click on the Mozilla icon I
receive an error message."THE PROGRAM MUST CLOSE TO ALLOW A PREVIOUS
INSTALLATION ATTEMPT TO COMPLETE. PLEASE RESTART" I did not try to install
anything from Mozilla. When I restart my computer I get the same error message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on Mozilla icon on my desktop
2.Click on any mozzila start up, anywhere on the computer, i.e., explorer, all
programs.
3.

Actual Results:
Error message appears

Expected Results:
Open to Mozilla
what happens if you actually restart your computer?
