Please add an Ant build file, and even drop the make file if possible. It is
very hard to build the project, especially under Windows and no binaries are
provided.

Assignee: mcs → erhyuan
E-Y, do you have time and interest to look into this?  Based on my limited
experience with Ant, I suspect it would not be hard to create an Ant build file
(Ant does a lot for you).

Sure. I'll do it.

I guess Tony already created the build.xml.  It works just fine.  Can someone
