I have a dual monitor setup. Now, context menus of mozilla's GUI on a second
monitor do appear on the first monitor. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open context-menu of a page on the second monitor e.g. with right-click.
Actual Results:  
Context menu opens on the first monitor.

Expected Results:  
Context menu opens on the second monitor.
