if you get a bad virus from opening a email mail that you don't know who it is a
trojan virus you should wipe out your computer.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.clean out your c drive and d drive (if you have one)
2.wipe out you hole compueter
3.or just keep like that and let Norton AntiVirus handle it (sometimes works)

Actual Results:  
The computer is clean.

Expected Results:  
take control of your whole computer.
