Details

We're going to start doing the schema checks in a very different way (see bug
285111). So, we need to move all the old schema-checking code into
Bugzilla::DB::MySQL and out of Bugzilla::DB. They shouldn't be used by new
checksetup code, only by old, MySQL-specific code.
