Whenever i start mozilla mail, it asks me, if i would like to use it as defaut
mail application. allways clicked yes, but still the same question everytime i
start it

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mozilla
2. klick in the mail button
3. wait until mailapp is loaded

Actual Results:  
a box witch asks me if i want to use mozmail as default mail app pops up every time.

Expected Results:  
only ask if its not the default mail ap.
