Just kidding. This was actually the reason I switched back to ie. I hate 
microsoft, and I'd love to use firefox. Anyway...

the style sheet, the scroll bars, and the non repeating background at..

2. Go to http://rave-culture.org in ie.
3.

Actual Results:  
Noticed the diference in how things were displayed.

Expected Results:  
Style sheet should of been displayed.

No internal errors.
