Even after elapse of time, candidate can select the answer for the current 
displayed question

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Lanuch the application by clicking icon available on the dsktop
2. Logon to the application with candidate "xxx"
3. Take exam and start answering the questions
4. Wait till duration reaches to zero minutes
5. Now try answering the question

Actual Results:  
It is allowing to answer even after time duration is lapsed

Expected Results:  
It should not allow the user to change the previous answer

Unforutnatly, I have no idea what this bug is refering to but it can't be
Bugzilla and it doesn't seem likely that it's any of the other Mozilla products.
I suspect this is filed in the wrong installation of Bugzilla.
