The throbber is in the buttons bar (with small seize)

1.open TB
2.open FF
3.



Expected Results:  
The throbber should be in the menu bar

Attachment also shows that Thunderbird throbber doesn't look the same as the FF one. This is an old complaint (bug was closed due to inactivity) but for cripes sake should be an easy fix. At one point I made a Qute skin that used the FF throbber for TBird. The visual difference and positioning difference between the two is annoying and an uncharacteristic lack of polish for what should be a 1.5 release.
