An checkbox / option should ask for :  find the extensions in my language. 
Replace those which are in another language.

For un experimented people it's hard to find non-english extension

So what exactly are you asking for?

Software update is about *updating* software, not about finding it, so what
improvements were you thinking about? The textboxes on that "file a bug" page
are there for a reason. Please describe what Firefox *should* do and what it
*does* currently and under *what conditions* (in your case this would probably
include locales of installed application and extensions). (Perhaps, try
explaining on an example?). Same goes for bug 285848 (Is it a separate issue by
the way?)

bug 285848 was first separate issue, but that's the same idea :
1) bug 285848 for Extension Manager
2) This bug for the update UI (and so check boxs should be added to the
option/Update)

Maybe this one is a duplicate of bug 285848, but as they are not for the same
component, I don't think so. I'm wrong ??

This because there were two separated components in bugzilla. will I have been
able to better do?  how?

For me *Update* means to make something powerful, and for someone for which
English is not the first (main) language, it is really more powerful ! and if
the switch can be done automatically, it is really really really more powerful !
So as the check is for FF and themes, it should be too for extensions language.
