When hiperlink opens in "new tab" and pointed page can not be open at this time
the open tab get no url at all (empty adress bar). The second try can be success
but another tab must be created, this can not be "reloaded".
Note. I can not reproduse it on local html files.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Tab get title "(Untitled)" and adress bar is empty when this tab selected.

Expected Results:  
In any case adress bar must be filled with url.
