There are two possible ways for open new page from hiperlink: just click on it
or open popup menu and select action. In case of hiperlink require to open new
window  page can be open only in new tab or in new window.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
Menuitem "open in the current tab" or "replace current tab" etc. must be added
to popup menu. It can replace menuitem "open in the new window" when hiperlink
require to open new window.
Bug 70990 (wontfix) is the same bug for Seamonkey.  I can't find a Firefox bug
this is a dup of.
