Just after running mozilla i click bookmarks menu (it's longer than page height
and has scrolling buttons). When i scroll it with mouse scroll it behaves as
'scroll up' was active all the time - when i scroll it down and stop, it scrolls
up by itself.
It happens one time only and only before using scrolls in the meny.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put more bookmark entries than fit on screen in menu.
2. Restart moz.
3. Click bookmarks menu and scroll down with mouse.

Actual Results:
Menu scrolls back up by itself.

Expected Results:
Shouldn't do that.

In moz1.8a6 and before that it didn't happen.
What do you mean "mouse scroll"? The mouse's scroll wheel, or holding the mouse
over the arrow? WFM with Mozilla trunk build 2005031005 on Windows XP with HP
mouse. What mouse and mouse driver are you using? And can you re-test in a more
recent nightly build?
My mouse scroll i mean scrolling by mouse wheel (a4tech drv. dual-wheel and
ms-intellimouse compatible has same effect).
If you go over the 'scroll arrow' in menu it fixes the problem (same thing with
keyboard down arrow).
I'll write what happens in recent builds asap.
Ok. Got most recent windows installer nightly from mozilla.org (2005030706), and
it seams to be working all right. Maybe it was fixed in the meantime.
many of these reports and i've seen the bug on occation - seems intermittent.
resolving as dup of one of the others. An older occurance may be bug 129480 -
