On http://linksys.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/linksys.cfg/php/enduser/live_request.php,
after filling in requested information and clicking on "Submit Request", a new
window will open and Firefox will crash. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to 
http://linksys.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/linksys.cfg/php/enduser/live_request.php
2. fill out information
3. click "Submit Request"
4. a new window will open - ff will crash

Actual Results:  
ff crashes

Expected Results:  
the new window should stay open and a java chat program (I'm assuming, as I
can't actually see what the java applet will be) starts

I'm using JRE 1.5.0. I will try to reproduce with 1.4.2_07.

after testing w/ 1.4.2_07 and 1.5.0_01, I cannot replicate this bug. *shrug*
