Resizing the main window small enough so that the resize handle disappears from
the lower right makes the window unresizeable (the resize arrows don't appear
when the mouse pointer hovers over the corner).  Worked in 20050309

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Drag main window small enough so that the resize handle disappears
2.  Release mouse button
3.

Actual Results:  
Unable to change window size again

Expected Results:  
Be able to change window size
Not seeing this anymore in 20050313.  Dupe of Bug 285815?
