offer to import opera bookmarks as well as IE and Netscape

I know at leat one Opera user who went back to Opera for this reason. Now I am
not saying that Opera is where the attack actually is, but if freedom of choice
is offered than freedom of choice should be offered ;-)
This functionality already exists, although we don't import from some older
versions on some platforms.
