How do I get these icons to open in a new window instead? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.click on icon on bookmark toolbar 2. 3. Actual Results: Desired URL window opens as a samll panel on left side of existing window. I need to double click on it to appear in larger window on right side. I then have to close the small panel on the right. Expected Results: In Explorer when you click on a toolbar favorite it open either in a new window in one step.
