User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; APCMAG; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225 Firefox/1.0.1 I have two accounts on my XP machine. Both Administrator access. I can run Firefox on account 1 but when using account 2. I removed the Firefox profile and made a new one but Firefox still wouldn't start on the second account. I then created an additional profile so I had two and the profile picker shows but then Firefox crashes when I pick a profile. When Firefox crashes the windows crash feedback agent is presented and then the Mozilla feedback agent. I have used the feedback agent and subitted 5 events. I also have Thunderbird 1.0 installed on both profiles and it works fine on both. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load Firefox. It doesn't load 2. 3. Actual Results: Microsoft Crash feedback agent is run. Then the Mozilla feedback agent. All TB IDs mention crashing in rfproxy.dll http://talkback-public.mozilla.org/talkback/fastfind.jsp?search=2&type=iid&id=TB4311064H Perhaps located in the components/ directory, it doesn't seem to be a Firefox file

-> invalid rfproxy is not from firefox. Must be installed by third-party software.

rfproxy.dll is a Roboform file. Roboform was installed on the first account but not the second account. The DLL is stored in the COMPONENTS directory. Oddly, IE6 handled the error and worked. I have rectified the problem by installing RoboForm on the other account. This is a bit annoying as I now have to install RoboForm on everyones account on the computer in order for Firefox to work correctly on their account. Is there another way around this (besides uninstalling RoboForm)? Thanks

"Oddly, IE6 handled the error and worked." You can't compare FF and IE because the way roboform is integrated should be very different. The Roboform dll itself crashed and that means that you have to ask the roboform developers for a solution.
