When i try to remove an email account The mail application crashes. When i 
restart it the account is still there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to remove an account, i did it by right clicking on inbox for that 
account and going to remove account

Actual Results:  
Netscape report error message came up as did Windows report error message.

Expected Results:  
Should have removed that email account from the mail application
Can you send a talkback report and give us the talkback id (you can get it by
launching components\talkback.exe in your Mozilla program folder after sending
the talkback report)?
and/or please try a build off the trunk (1.8b1) to see if the problem still exists.
