User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225 Firefox/1.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225 Firefox/1.0.1

The standalone image itself "ad_focus.gif" appears as if several pixels of image
information have been skipped, incorrectly drawn, or not drawn at all by the
browser, though Safari and IE for Mac display this image without any trouble. A
screen shot of what I see when I view the image from the same web site is at
http://oipserver.uoregon.edu/scrshot.jpg.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create complex, transparent file in photoshop 7
2.Save as .gif without any special options
3.include in html with or without resizing the image
4.(I am not using css or javascript to alter the image)
5.view the page in mozilla browser

Actual Results:
The same result.

Expected Results:
This .gif image should display as its .jpg counterpart does.

I had this same problem in v1.0 and went ahead and did a *complete uninstall
before installing v1.01. By complete I mean I trashed Application
Support/Mozilla and the Preferences/com.mozilla.prefs as well as the application
itself, did a restart, then did a clean install of 1.01.
I also saved this same Photoshop file as a jpg at
http://oipserver.uoregon.edu/ad_focus.jpg.
Blake, I wanted to let you know I have *not tested this image on other Macs
running Firefox and I have not tested it on other platforms running Firefox. I
guess that means that it isn't entirely reproducible. Also, technically, I am
running Mac OSX (10.3.8) *Server.
