Right now it sorts alphabetically when you browse the extensions. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions 2. Browse extension categories 3. Actual Results: Right now it sorts alphabetically when you browse the extensions. Expected Results: Give the user the option to sort by popularity and rating as well.

You may search by popularity <a href="https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions/showlist.php?application=firefox&category=Popular">here</a> and by rating <a href="https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions/showlist.php?application=firefox&numpg=10&category=Top%20Rated">here</a>. Sort by rating is kidna useless at the moment though (<a href="https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=291413">Bug 291413</a>)
