If 'Manage Bookmarks' is opened, a bookmark selected and the mouse-button held
down, a drop-down menu appears, showing 'Open - Open in New Window … Move
Bookmark(s) … Properties'. If 'Move Bookmark(s) is selected, a list of all the
folders in Bookmarks appears. As soon as the cursor is moved into the list of
folders, the 'Open…Properties' drop-down menu reappears and can obscure some of
the folder names. This is new (within the last day or two). It may, I suppose,
be intentional (though I can't see what good it does), but it is certainly
irritating.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigator -> Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks.
2.Click on a bookmark and hold down the mouse-button.
3.Select 'Move Bookmark(s)' from the resulting drop-down menu.
4.Move the cursor into the resulting list of available bookmark folders in order
to choose where to move the selected bookmark to.

Actual Results:  
The drop-down menu that appeared at stage 3 re-appears, making it more difficult
to select the desired bookmark folder.

Expected Results:  
The drop-down menu should not have reappeared, leaving the list of folders clear.

Before reporting this bug, I had (a) repeatedly tried quitting Mozilla,
restarting it and moving bookmarks again, and (b) checked that the bug was not
apparent in an earlier build of Mozilla.

After reporting the bug, I returned to my 'Manage Bookmarks' to do some more
filing -- and the bug was no longer there!

It should be checked by other users.

I've found out why it happens sometimes and not others. If one accidentally
allows the cursor, while moving it on the way to the list of available folders,
to rest for a moment on a URL (URL, not name of site) in the main list that is
still visible underneath the drop-down list of folders, the drop-down menu
reappears. Otherwise not. And in fact the same happens in earliewr builds. My
apologies. I have changed the status to 'Worksforme'.
