In Group 10, item 4: "Open a bookmark in a new tab in the background."

The requested toggle box, "Select new tabs opened from bookmarks or history"
does not exist.

Also, 'Tabbed Browsing' no longer classified under 'Advanced', has its own tab,
'Tabs'.
