It used to become "Windows 98" !

That started a few weeks/months ago.

OS names are rename-able without lots of database foo now. :)

Did we change a name upstream that the os-detection code is looking for?

Win98 seems to become "OS: All" now :-/

Either ask justdave to apply the patch on b.m.o or ask him to upgrade b.m.o. The first one is the easiest as Bugzilla 3.0RC1 is not ready yet.
This is fixed now thanks to the upgrade.
