ALT+T, O works.

ALT+T+O works.
ALT+T,ALT+O does not work.

Reproducible: Always
As far as I can tell Alt+T + Alt+O is not supposed to work, since the second Alt
releases capture from the menus and returns it to focus. Has it worked in the past?
As mentioned, second alt (should and) closes the menu. -> INVALID.
