In this page , firefox seems cannot handle the combo box correctly
while user wanted to scrool another text , the combo box freeze and stay at the
same location 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go the the website 
2.select one news headline
3.try to scroll 

Actual Results:  
Use IE/Opera to read the news 

Expected Results:  
Scroll box able to work correctly , and expected to view another news title.
