286093 - When creating new event, Monthly Calendar Dropdown does not change Month Name

When creating a new event, using the drop down monthly calendar (for either
start or end), it does not change until I hit September, (using the right
arrow).  In reverse from September, the name stays at August, until I get to
February, using the left arrow.  The days themselves seem to shift, but not
correctly, as when I mouse overthem the correct day appears.  The Month in the
popup seems to be the same name as the month tab in the main calendar view.


Additionally for useability, if it is possible to keep the size of the drop down
consistent, instead of auto changing based on the length of the month name, it
would make using the drop a lot easier

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
     On Mar 14th 2005, I wanted to create a birthday all day event, to reoccur
every April 14th.  I started the New Event dialog to do this.



Expected Results:  
The month and days as appropriate should update to reflect the month / days of
the month you need it to show.
