Details
If you forward a message, receive it, then try to save that original forwarded
message, you will only get the MIME headers.

This should be better now...as part of another fix.

Using M16 2000-04-17 on win, mac and linux this is fixed for saving as .eml and
.txt.
Using M15 2000-04-17 on win, mac and linux saving as .eml is broken (bug 34252),
so I can't test .eml on m15, saving .txt using m15 works.
Verified.
