User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041217 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041217 If you have a layer with a CSS background displayed on top of a form element (select, textarea, etc.) or frame/iframe/layer that has a scrollbar, the scrollbar will appear on top of the layer, instead of behind it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://maizecoop.cropsci.uiuc.edu/bugzilla6/ Actual Results: Scrollbars displayed on top of layer. Expected Results: Scrollbars should be hidden by layer. This problem affects both Mozilla and Firefox, so I have put it in Core. Note, this is a Mac-only problem, and it does not affect Windows. Possibly related to bug 187435?
