Upon installation of Mozilla Firefox, all but TLS 1.0 are checked as default.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Tools
2.Click Options
3.Click Advanced
4.Under Security, in Protocols, note the default settings SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 
are checked

Actual Results:  
TSL 1.0 not checked as default

Expected Results:  
TSL 1.0 should be checked as default

For Seamonkey trunk and FF 1.0.1 it is per default on. See e.g. Bug 75277.
