Firefox is displaying the left-hand bookmarks panel with the CTRL-I shortcut,
when group 21 of the BFT suggests it should open the page info window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open firefox
2. press CTRL-I
3.

Actual Results:  
The bookmarks panel opened.

Expected Results:  
The page info window should open.
The tests need to be updated, see bug 215755 (I couldn't find the original bug).
