User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 This problem can be reproduced on any page. A commonly used feature (by me anyway) from your competitors is not implemented in Firefox. There is no equivelent in the file menu bar or context menu for "send shortcut of current page to desktop". Additionally the Firefox application icon in the upper left of the application does not produce a shortcut when dragged and dropped into the OS. The only workaround for both of these issues is to drag and drop the URL icon for quick and easy .url file creation. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click and drag the Firefox icon in the upper-left-hand-most corner of the application. 2. Move and release the mouse pointer somewhere else within the OS. 3. Note that no icon is created. 4. Search the file menu bar for the equivelent of "Send shortcut to desktop". Actual Results: No .url file was created. Expected Results: .url file to be created at dropped location or on desktop, named after the <TITLE> of the test webpage. None
