Repeatedly reload http://www.artfulsoftware.com/mozillaselectbug.html. Under IE,
the SELECT control never fails to scroll to the selected item. In Mozilla &
Firefox, however, it intermittently fails to scroll where are about 50 or more
SELECT options. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
50 more more SELECT options, a selected option beyond SIZE.

Actual Results:  
As above

Expected Results:  
It should always scroll to the selected option
