In the site at http://www.fashional.be/clients, all pages are properly aligned 
and and no default browser scrollbar appear in any page in Internet Explorer 
but in other browsers like Mozilla, Netscape7.1 Scrollbar appears in all the 
pages and also the pages has not been aligned according to its given height 
and width.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the url http://www.fashional.be/Clients/

2.check all the pages

Actual Results:  
In Netscape 7.1,Mozilla browsers scrollbar appears in all the pages eventhough 
we set the 
scroll properties of page to "No" and also all the pages are not aligned 
accroding to given height and width.


Expected Results:  
In Mozilla, Netscape 7.1 application should give the same result as in 
Internet Explorer.
This may be a bug in Internet Explorer.
