There is a problem with accesing messages headers from account that has been
deleted. It was tested on both old and new profiles and reproduced at each time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new account using global inbox feature and name it "A"
2. Go to Account Settings of account "A" and check "Fetch headers only"
3. Get messages (headers) from that account
4. Go to Account Settings and delete account "A" (messages headers will stay in
Local Folders Inbox)
5. Try to move or delete those messages from Inbox
Actual Results:  
Thunderbird crashes and Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent window appears.

Expected Results:  
Thunderbird should let You move or delete those messages as it's letting you
view or copy them.

I've sent two reports. ID of the first is 4371699 (crash when trying to move
message), and the second one is 4371859 (crash when trying to delete message).

1.0 en-US, but the problem has been confirmed on pl-PL version too (this bug was
reported first on AviaryPL's bugzilla system).
