The tab menus need an extra click to execute the command after dragging down on
them.  I don't recall this occurring in Firefox 1.0.1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a tab
2.Click on the tab to bring up the tab menu and notice that it needs an
additional click to execute the command you want
